Aspen Grille offers and extraordinary, elegant, yet casual dining atmosphere with a focus on five star service and five star cuisine. New owners, Angela and Joe Sutherland and Chef Frank Grissett, who purchased the popular Myrtle Beach eatery in December 2006, have taken the time to create an intimate setting while keeping the environment comfortable and inviting. Warm tones from the wood-paneled walls, a separate lounge, a dining roomwith intimate booths or friendly tables for two to twenty, make Aspen Grille the kind of restaurant discriminating guests demand. Made from a 25-year-old recipe, the Jumbo Lump crab cakes are cooked to perfection. Choosing an entree may be difficult-USDA Prime beef, veal, chicken, grilled lamb, and fresh seafood are all incredibly tempting.
